Welcome to the Team – Eric Lipton

We are proud to welcome PSIA-AASI National Team member Eric Lipton to our team. Eric will be joining SNOW as the Managing Director for the Conversion & Growth Partner Program business and will take an active leadership role in the management and future direction of the program for our partner resorts.

Eric joins the SNOW Operating team, bringing with him valuable experience both from within the ski industry and beyond. As a current 3-term member of the PSIA-AASI National Alpine team, Eric has traveled throughout North America and internationally, as his wisdom and expertise pertaining to learning and teaching snow sports is highly sought after by coaches, instructors, U.S. Ski Team athletes, and the general public. Equally important, are Eric’s ideas and successes in working with snow sports professionals to create more meaningful connections with first-time skiers and riders. For the past 3 seasons, Eric has worked with SNOW Operating, helping them to develop their educational content and on-snow training, focusing on those important guest-focused skills. Additionally, Eric comes to SNOW with a background and education in business management, having owned and operated a multi-faceted retail operation outside the ski industry.
