Malcolm Seamans is a ski industry native and authority on industry best practices, having served hundreds of U.S. ski resorts. He works with all SNOW Operating partners to implement resort projects and share industry best practices and marketing trends.

Previous to SNOW Operating, Malcolm worked at the National Ski Areas Association (NSAA) as a Marketing Specialist. During his four year tenure, he reached beyond his marketing role to manage national sustainability programming and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Malcolm was the Founder and Liaison to the NSAA DEI Committee. He also helped design and judge NSAA’s national awards in safety, sustainability, marketing and growth. Malcolm often speaks at industry conferences on DEI, sustainability, community partnerships, and attracting new generations to the sport of skiing & riding. He has contributed to publications on skiing’s industrial organization and helped produce national education modules with NSAA.

Malcolm earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Psychology from Colgate University. He studied behavioral economics, decision making, and industrial organization.
